How do Delta's courses become "customized"?
  • We interview your key managers and top performers and we study your company and product materials to write certain modules of your course.  As time goes on and we get feedback and input from students, we continue to update your course so that the materials always reflect the Best Practices and most current information from your organization.

Can I edit the course myself?

  • Yes!

Who determines the questions asked on the Final Exam?

  • This is a collaborative effort between our professional instructors and your management.  Together we decide which information is most critical and we build multiple choice test questions around that data.

In what ways is the course interactive?

  • There are three ways the student interacts with the course:

             1)  In private Student Journals, students answer questions to reflect on how the course material affects

                   them personally.

             2)  In Employee Feedback, employees formulate strategies for success based on the content of each module.  These

plans are reviewed by the instructor and provided, with feedback, to the student.  Employee Feedback must be

submitted and reviewed before a student can move on to the next module.

             3)  In the Discussion Forums, students interact with each other and with the instructor to discuss key issues

                  from each module.

How does Online Training compare to traditional classroom training?

  • Studies have shown that online training and education are more effective for the following reasons:

             1)  Students who would otherwise sit quietly in the back of room participate more in an online environment.

             2)  The convenience of time and place allow for greater student participation.

             3)  The opportunity to customize online training greatly enhances the value of the training experience.
