Delta Training Force began with the development and comprehensive and powerful sales training program.  Recently, based on feedback from our clients, we have added two new training programs:

General Employee Training (GET) - This program effectively trains your employees on the contents of your Employee Handbook and provides positive, written confirmation to your Human Resources team of this training.  This is an important matter, especially regarding the many compliance issues in today's workplace.  

Customer Service Training (CST) - Experts in any business organization understand that sales are impacted more by the ability of existing customers to provide positive references than by any other single factor.  That's why we developed this important course about building and maintaining a happy customer base.
